Position Summary
A corporate flight department engaged in worldwide Part 91 flight operations is seeking an entry-level First Officer. The successful candidate will serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) on a G280, assisting the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) with all aspects of flight in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the PIC in executing pre-flight, flight, and post-flight activities.

Demonstrate proficiency in operating the aircraft during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.

Maintain the necessary competence to assume command of the aircraft if required.

Coordinate aircraft catering, stocking, cleaning, and baggage handling.

Address passenger needs throughout flight operations.

Successfully complete all required initial and recurrent flight training.
Basic Qualifications

FAA ATP Minimums (Must hold a Commercial Multi-Engine rating with instrument privileges).

Minimum of one year of commercial aviation experience.

Must hold a valid and current 1st class medical certificate.

Must hold a valid US Passport.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must reside within a two-hour drive of Baltimore, Martin State Airport.

Commitment to a one-year retention agreement for pilots not already typed on the G280.
Desired Skills

Previous business aviation experience.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

G280 type rating is preferred but not required.
Work Environment and Benefits
This position operates on a non-standard 40-hour work week as assigned by leadership. The role includes a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of remote work and time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this position in Maryland is $101,000 - $178,135. Actual salary offers are based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, training, and market considerations.
