Position Summary
The corporate flight department is seeking a professional for an entry-level G280 First Officer position. This role supports worldwide Part 91 flight operations. The First Officer serves as Second-in-Command, assisting the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) with all flight aspects in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the PIC in executing pre-flight, flight, and post-flight activities.

Demonstrate proficiency in operating the aircraft during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.

Maintain full competence to assume command of the aircraft if necessary.

Complete all initial and recurrent flight training requirements.

Manage aircraft logistics, including ordering catering, stocking and cleaning the aircraft, handling baggage, and addressing passenger needs.
Basic Qualifications

FAA ATP Minimums (Must hold a Commercial Multi-Engine rating with Instrument Privileges).

Minimum of one year of commercial aviation experience.

Valid and current 1st class medical certificate.

Valid US Passport.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must reside within a 2-hour drive of Martin State Airport, Baltimore.

Commitment to a one-year retention agreement for pilots not already type-rated on the G280.
Desired Skills

Previous business aviation experience.

G280 type rating (preferred, but not required).
Additional Information
Work Schedule:
Non-standard 40-hour work week as assigned. This position involves a mix of remote work and onsite duties at a Lockheed Martin facility.
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this position in Maryland is $101,000 - $178,135. Actual salary is based on factors including scope of responsibilities, experience, education, training, and market considerations. This position is incentive plan eligible.
