Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Gulfstream G280 Captain to join an operation at the KSTS airport in Santa Rosa, California. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for the safe operation of the Gulfstream G280 aircraft.
• Conducts flights safely and prudently, adhering to:
  • Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft.
  • Performing pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Thoroughly checking weather and facilities along the planned route and at destination and alternate airports.
  • Ensuring flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Prioritizing and ensuring the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew.
  • Accurately completing all trip paperwork as per current procedures.

Qualifications

• Total Flight Time: 3000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land PIC Time: 500 hours
• Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 500 hours
• Instrument Flight Time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications

• Type rated on Gulfstream G280 or a comparable aircraft.
• Possession of a First Class Medical certificate.
• Availability to work on an on-call basis.
• Successful completion of annual ICAO International Procedures training.
• Must maintain primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KSTS or demonstrate willingness to relocate.

Solairus Aviation gathers salary range data based on market conditions from various industry sources. Crewmember compensation ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, influenced by factors such as geographic area, experience level, aircraft type, specific job duties, training, and assigned account.
