Challenger 650 Captain - Bedford, MA

Solairus Aviation, a leading private aviation services company, seeks an exceptional Challenger 650 Captain to join a dedicated team operating out of KBED airport. This is a full-time position requiring a candidate committed to excellence, safety, and client service in line with Solairus's unique culture.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 650 aircraft.
• Conducting all flights in strict accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Solairus Aviation policies and procedures.
• Performing meticulous pre-flight inspections as outlined in the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Thoroughly assessing weather conditions, facilities, and alternate airport options for all planned routes.
• Maintaining accurate and timely completion of all required flight documentation.
• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of passengers, crew, and the aircraft at all times.

Qualifications:

• Total Flight Time: 3000 hours minimum
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1500 hours minimum
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours minimum
• MEL PIC: 500 hours minimum
• Turbojet Time: 500 hours minimum
• Instrument Time: 250 hours minimum
• Type Rating: Challenger 650 or comparable aircraft
• Medical Certification: First Class Medical Certificate required
• Availability: On-call availability required
• Training: Ability to complete annual ICAO International procedures training
• Location: Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KBED or willingness to relocate

Solairus Aviation offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from $50,000 to $500,000. Factors influencing compensation include geographic location, experience level, aircraft type, job responsibilities, training, and assigned account.
