Solairus Aviation is actively recruiting a Full-Time Challenger 3500 Captain to join an operation based at the KBNA airport in Nashville, Tennessee. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Assume ultimate responsibility for the safe operation of the Challenger 3500 aircraft.
• Conduct all flights in a safe, prudent, and professional manner, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies, including but not limited to:
  • Thoroughly reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status prior to flight.
  • Executing a proper pre-flight inspection in strict accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Completing a comprehensive check of weather conditions and facilities along the planned route, including designated alternate airports.
  • Ensuring all flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation's policies and procedures, as well as all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Prioritizing and ensuring the safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the flight crew.
  • Accurately completing all required trip paperwork in accordance with current established procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) PIC Time: 500 hours
• Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 500 hours
• Instrument Flight Time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications

• Type rating for the Challenger 3500 or a comparable aircraft.
• Possession of a current First Class Medical Certificate.
• Availability to work on an on-call basis as required.
• Commitment to completing annual KBNA International procedures training.
• Primary residence located within a two-hour drive of KBNA, or a willingness to relocate.
