Overview

Solairus Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global 6000 Captain to join its operations at KPWK airport. The ideal candidate will excel in all aspects of their performance, demonstrating strong teamwork and a commitment to safety, service, and integrity. This individual will play a crucial role in meeting the travel needs of discerning clients while upholding the unique culture of Solairus Aviation.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties

• Ensure safe and prudent operation of the Global 6000 aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections as outlined in the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Review aircraft maintenance status and ensure compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive weather and facility checks along the flight route and at intended and alternate airports.
• Prioritize the safety of all passengers, crew, and the aircraft.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of all trip documentation.

Qualifications

• Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours
• MEL PIC Time: 500 hours
• Turbo Jet Experience: 500 hours
• Instrument Time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications/Certifications

• Type Rating on Global 6000 or comparable aircraft.
• First Class Medical Certificate.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Completion of ICAO International procedures training annually.
• Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KPWK or willingness to relocate.
