This position offers a unique opportunity for aspiring pilots to advance their careers while working closely with experienced SkyWest mentors. The program continues until the candidate meets ATP or R-ATP minimums.
A SkyWest Pathway Pilot benefits from enhanced company seniority, a guaranteed interview, access to a dedicated Pathway Advocate, and an interview preparation session. Unlike a traditional internship, this program allows students to remain at their respective flight training campuses. Each participant receives personalized guidance from SkyWest advocates and pilots, with potential opportunities to engage in SkyWest recruiting events and outreach initiatives.
This is an unpaid position; however, lodging is provided when travel for company business is required.
