The Pilot position is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, serving as a key member of the flight crew.
The Pilot assists the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of all assigned flights. This includes providing assistance to the PIC and passenger service personnel to ensure prompt departures. The Pilot may also assist or relieve the PIC in the manipulation of aircraft flight controls during all phases of flight, including taxiing, takeoff, and landing.

Applicants must meet the aeronautical experience requirements stipulated by FAR 61.159 prior to employment. The airline recognizes skills gained through helicopter and glider flying; helicopter/glider time is accepted as part of an applicant's total time, provided a minimum of 250 PIC hours are in fixed-wing aircraft. Applicants should be within three months of meeting the minimum hour requirements at the time of application.
For successful candidates who pass the pilot interview, the company will provide the means to complete a company-approved Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certification Training Program (CTP) course.
Pilots are required to be available to work any day of the week, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Assigned schedules are based on pilot bidding seniority.
