Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Cabin Crew Business Technology Department within Singapore Airlines' Cabin Crew Division. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting the implementation of IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, recommend solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
- Solution Design: Work closely with IT teams to design and propose innovative solutions that meet business needs.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project status, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making.
- Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
- Testing and Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business IT or an IT-related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge/Experience in Agile Methodology, data digital platforms and ecosystems, and/or mobile application development would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
- Strong team player and ability to interact and work effectively with technical teams, business users, and colleagues at all levels.
- Analytical, systematic, and logical in problem definition and solving.
- Self-starter, result-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
