First Officer - ATR Aircraft

Silver Airways, a dynamic regional airline, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Officer to join its team in Hollywood, Florida. This is a full-time, professional position offering an exceptional quality of life with minimal overnight stays.

• Safely and proficiently operate ATR aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations and company procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the Captain to ensure a smooth and efficient flight operation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive Salary: $63.45 per hour for first-year First Officers.
• Per Diem: $2.15 per hour.
• Minimum Daily Rate: 4 credit hours.
• Minimum Monthly Guarantee: 75 credit hours.
• Deadhead Pay: 100%.
• 401(k) Plan: With company match.
• Holiday Pay: 150% multiplier.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Commercial Pilot Certificate - Multi-engine Land, Instrument Ratings.
• ATP/R-ATP Minimum flight times.
• Current First Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unexpired passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ATP Multi-engine Land Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Aviation, Aerospace, or Aeronautics related field.

Important Note: New rates are effective as of January 1, 2024, based on the Letter of Agreement (LOA) signed between Silver Airways and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters on December 28, 2023. While some of the incentives in the LOA are subject to further negotiations, the pay scale is considered ratified until the expiration of the current collective bargaining agreement, which expires October 1, 2025.
