ATR First Officer
Silver Airways is seeking a dedicated and professional ATR First Officer for a regular full-time position based in Hollywood, Florida, USA. The position, identified by Requisition ID 2978, offers an exceptional career opportunity within a dynamic aviation environment. The successful candidate will enjoy a first-year hourly rate of $64.40, and will benefit from a schedule that emphasizes excellent quality of life with minimal overnight stays. Silver Airways provides multiple career paths and offers maximum earning potential. Compensation includes a per diem of $2.15 per hour, a minimum daily rate equivalent to 4 credit hours, and a minimum monthly guarantee of 75 credit hours. Additional benefits include 100% deadhead pay, a company-matched 401(k), and holiday pay at a 150% multiplier.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-engine Land and Instrument Ratings, ATP/R-ATP minimum flight times, a current First Class Medical Certificate, an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit, legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship, and a valid, unexpired passport.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications consist of an ATP Multi-engine Land Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in an Aviation, Aerospace, or Aeronautics-related field.
These rates are effective as of January 1, 2024, according to the Letter of Agreement between Silver Airways and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. While some incentives are subject to further negotiation, the pay scale is ratified until the current collective bargaining agreement expires on October 1, 2025.
