About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member, affectionately known as a Scootee, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their flight. Scootees act as brand ambassadors, delivering exceptional service with a fun and vibrant approach. This role involves working collaboratively with teammates to create enjoyable travel experiences, embodying the "Scootitude" mindset.
Training
Upon joining, successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 2-month training program. Key areas covered include:

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Physical requirements for safety and emergency procedures:

Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or a minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.

Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or a minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.

Minimum educational qualification of 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English), or 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English), or 3 SPM subject passes (including English with a Grade C and above).

Medically fit to perform the duties of a Cabin Crew.

Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.

Ability to adapt quickly to onboard situations while prioritizing passenger safety.

Adherence to grooming policy, which prohibits visible tattoos.

Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Successful candidates must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement.
Next Steps
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of the application date. Successful applicants must be available to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre date.
