About the Role

As a Cabin Crew member, affectionately known as a Scootee, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their flights. This role involves acting as a brand ambassador for Scoot, working collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional service with a vibrant and fun approach. Successful candidates will leverage their knowledge and a positive "Scootitude" mindset to create enjoyable travel experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Specific height requirements to effectively perform safety and emergency procedures:
  • Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
  • Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
• Minimum educational qualifications:
  • 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes, including English.
  • OR 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes, including English.
  • OR 3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C or above in English.
• Medically fit to perform the duties of a Cabin Crew.
• A strong belief in delivering exceptional service.
• Demonstrated team spirit and the ability to be a team player.
• Ability to adapt quickly to onboard situations while prioritizing passenger safety.
• Candidates must adhere to the grooming policy, which prohibits visible tattoos.
• This Part-time Scheme is exclusively open to Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.
• Successful applicants must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment concurrently.

Qualifications

While specific prior experience is not mandated, the role seeks individuals who embody customer service excellence and adaptability. A comprehensive 2-month training program will be provided, covering essential areas such as safety emergency drills, door operation, fire fighting, first aid, grooming, Scootitude, passenger handling, and inflight sales procedures.
