Singapore Airlines (SIA) invites applications for a Senior Executive / Executive, Cabin Crew Rostering, to join its Integrated Crew Operations & Planning Department. This vital position is responsible for ensuring cabin crew rosters are accurate, compliant, equitable, and delivered on time, utilising effective crew rostering systems and data-driven analysis to support training requirements, network changes, and operational resilience.
About the Role
As a key member of the Cabin Crew Rostering team, the successful candidate will drive the strategic planning and optimisation of cabin crew schedules. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and proactive engagement to manage rostering outputs in a dynamic operational environment. Key responsibilities include:

Plan, optimise, and publish monthly Cabin Crew rosters, maintaining consistent standards of fairness, accuracy, quality, and timeliness, including the fair and accurate distribution of flying hours and allowances.

Develop robust rostering strategies utilising data, scenario analysis, and rule reviews to effectively balance operational requirements with crew welfare and equity outcomes.

Configure, monitor, and refine system parameters and logic within Crew Management and Jeppesen Crew Rostering systems to enhance roster quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Plan, support, and roster regulatory and service training for existing crew and new cabin crew trainees, ensuring operational qualification across various aircraft types and progression for multi-fleet capability.

Coordinate the timely injection of new cabin crew to support network growth and operational needs, facilitating ease of deployment and strengthening operational resilience.

Ensure all rostering outputs strictly comply with regulatory requirements and industrial/collective agreements, maintaining strong auditability of rostering decisions and rule application.

Respond swiftly to network adjustments and aircraft changes, adapting to company directives and evolving operational requirements.

Collaborate closely with Cabin Crew Division stakeholders and the union on all roster-related matters, including policy and rule interpretation, change communication, and issue resolution.

Manage roster-related enquiries and feedback from cabin crew, addressing concerns on roster outcomes and fairness with clear, timely explanations through dedicated communications or engagement sessions.

Manage a small team of 3 to 4 Associates, with potential for redistribution of team members based on operational needs.
Requirements

Possession of a good university degree is required, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Information Technology.

Prior experience in IT Projects is preferred.
