Scoot is seeking dynamic individuals to join their team as Cabin Crew members for a part-time scheme based in Singapore. This role offers flexibility to balance professional duties with personal commitments while ensuring passenger safety and delivering a unique travel experience.
About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member, affectionately known as a Scootee, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight. This role involves acting as a brand ambassador for Scoot, working collaboratively to provide exceptional service, and embodying a fun, vibrant, and helpful attitude. The position is based in Singapore and offers competitive remuneration, unlimited staff travel perks for nominees, and a completion bonus upon successful conclusion of a two-year contract. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive 2-month training program covering safety procedures, passenger handling, inflight services, and Scoot's unique service culture.
Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Ability to perform safety and emergency procedures, with specific height requirements for female (minimum 158cm or 156cm with a reach of 210cm) and male (minimum 165cm or 162cm with a reach of 210cm) candidates.

Minimum academic qualification of 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English) or 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English), or 3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C and above in English.

Medically fit to perform the duties of a cabin crew member.

Adaptability to manage onboard situations effectively while prioritizing passenger safety.

Adherence to the company's grooming policy, which prohibits visible tattoos.

Must be a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement of the Scoot Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme.
Qualifications

Successful completion of online assessments and an Assessment Centre, to be completed within one month of the application date.

Availability to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre date.
