The airline is seeking an energetic, positive, and dynamic individual to join its Cabin Crew Communications Team. The Cabin Crew Communications Executive will be responsible for ensuring cabin crew members receive timely, concise, and up-to-date information, enabling them to perform effectively and deliver excellent service in the aviation environment. This crucial role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for engaging with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with the Cabin Service Team on all aspects pertaining to cabin crew communications.
- Ensures the timely, concise, and accurate dissemination of information relevant to cabin crew operations.
- Plans, develops, and implements initiatives and content designed to keep airline crew members informed, engaged, and aligned with organisational objectives.
- Identifies and leverages appropriate communication channels, IT systems, and tools to facilitate effective information sharing and crew engagement.
- Analyzes the effectiveness of communication strategies and engagement initiatives, implementing improvements based on insights and feedback.
- Maintains high standards in the selection and quality of crew members participating in company events.
- Oversees and manages elements of the cabin crew recruitment process.
- Designs and delivers culture orientation training for foreign hires joining the airline.
- Manages all matters related to Inflight Announcements and Station Information for cabin crew.
