Scoot is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its team as Cabin Crew. As a Scootee, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional service on flights to over 70 destinations.

Job Summary:

The Cabin Crew member is responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for passengers while delivering a unique and enjoyable Scoot experience. This individual will act as a brand ambassador, working collaboratively to provide outstanding service and create a memorable travel experience for all passengers.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
Represent the Scoot brand by delivering exceptional service and adding a vibrant touch to every interaction.
Curate enjoyable travel experiences by combining up-to-date knowledge of duties with a positive and proactive mindset.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum age of 18 years to comply with Singapore's legal and regulatory requirements.
Minimum height of 1.58m (female) / 1.65m (male) to perform safety and emergency procedures effectively.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English); OR
- 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English) OR
- 3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C and above in English
Ability to work on a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Medically fit to perform the duties of a cabin crew member.
Ability to adapt quickly and manage onboard situations while maintaining passenger safety.
Must maintain a professional appearance at all times; visible tattoos are not permitted due to grooming policy.

Additional Information:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of application. Successful candidates must commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre date.
