Key Responsibilities of a Scootee
The core duty of a Cabin Crew member is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. Acting as a brand ambassador, individuals collaborate within a team to deliver exceptional service with a vibrant and engaging approach. Comprehensive Training for Success
Upon joining, successful candidates will undergo a structured two-month training program designed to prepare them for the role. Training modules include:

Eligibility Criteria for Aspiring Cabin Crew
Individuals interested in becoming a Scootee must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years, adhering to Singapore's legal and regulatory requirements.
- Specific height requirements to perform safety and emergency procedures:
- Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
- Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
- Minimum educational qualifications:
- 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English), OR
- 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English), OR
- 3 SPM subject passes (including English) with a Grade C and above.
- Must be medically fit for the cabin crew role.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative capabilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to manage on-board situations while prioritizing passenger safety.
- Adherence to grooming policy; candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered.

Application and Onboarding Process
- This Part-Time Scheme is exclusively open to Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of application.
- Successful candidates must be available to commence employment within two months of their Assessment Centre date.
- Successful applicants must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencing the Scoot Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme.
