This opportunity offers a 3-year initial contract with potential for extension based on performance. Enjoy a competitive monthly gross salary of approximately S$3,600* and unlimited staff travel benefits for you and your loved ones, turning your wanderlust dreams into reality at a fraction of the cost.

Singaporeans and permanent residents enjoy an additional S$4,000 sign-on bonus*, a contract renewal bonus*, and a yearly performance bonus.

Responsibilities

As a Scootee, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers at every altitude. You will work as a team to deliver exceptional service and add a vibrant touch to every flight. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in all areas of duty is essential to contribute to a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Training

Prepare for takeoff with a comprehensive 2-month training program upon joining Scoot. Topics include:

• Safety emergency drills
• Door operation
• Fire fighting
• First aid
• Grooming
• Scootitude (company culture and values)
• Passenger handling
• Inflight sales procedures

Qualifications

To become a Scootee, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Meet the minimum height requirements of at least 1.58 meters for females and 1.65 meters for males to efficiently carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard.
• Possess a minimum qualification of 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English) or 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English), or 3 SPM subject passes certification including English with a Grade C and above.
• Be able to work on a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Be medically fit to perform the duties of a cabin crew member.
• Possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Be a team player with a collaborative spirit.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle situations with flexibility and excellence while maintaining safety.
