Responsibilities
As a Scootee, you will prioritize passenger safety at all times. You will work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable flight experience for each passenger. Your commitment to continuous learning and knowledge of all areas of cabin crew duty will enable you to contribute to the smooth operation and overall success of each flight.
Training
Upon joining Scoot, you will undergo a comprehensive two-month training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as a cabin crew member. Training topics include:
- Safety Emergency Drills
- Door Operation
- Fire Fighting
- First Aid
- Grooming
- Scootitude
- Passenger Handling
- Inflight Sales Procedures
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Meet minimum height requirements (Male: 1.65m & above, Female 1.58m & above)
- Possess a minimum qualification of Junior College (TANDAI) or a Degree from a recognized University with a preferred TOEIC Score of 600 or above.
- Be willing to relocate to Singapore
- Able to work a rostered schedule including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness and commitment to serve a compulsory service bond
- Due to our grooming policy, candidates with visible tattoos are not permitted.
