E190 Requirements:
Pilots with Jet Experience:
- Total flight hours exceeding 3,500 hours on airplanes with a Maximum Takeoff Mass (MTMA) of 5,700kg or more.
- A minimum of 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours (excluding P1 U/S hours) on multi-engine jet, commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.
Pilots without Jet Experience:
- Total flight hours exceeding 4,000 hours on airplanes with a Maximum Takeoff Mass (MTMA) of 5,700kg or more.
- A minimum of 2,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours (excluding P1 U/S hours) on multi-engine turboprop, commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.
Licensing Requirements:
- A Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore issued ICAO ATPL (foreign ATPL will be required to undergo license conversion which requires an instrument rating and a proficiency check that has a minimum of 6 months’ validity).
- Demonstrated ability to speak and understand English with a minimum of ICAO level 4.
- Satisfaction of all vaccination requirements as required by CAAS.

Training Co-Payment & Training Bond:
- Where applicable, successful candidates will be trained to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating for the assigned fleet.
- Successful candidates who are provided with type rating training will be subject to a co-payment of the training cost and will be required to enter a training bond.
What’s Next:
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a series of online aptitude tests.
- Shortlisted applicants after the online assessment stage will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre in Singapore, consisting of a group stage and an individual interview.
- Successful candidates will need to attend a Simulator Assessment and MMPI Assessment over a period of 2 days.
