Cabin Crew Position – Scoot Airlines (Singapore)

Position Summary:

Scoot Cabin Crew members, known as “Scootees,” are integral to providing exceptional inflight service and ensuring passenger safety. They are enthusiastic individuals who contribute to a fun and memorable onboard experience, while maintaining the highest professional standards. This position is based in Singapore, providing unparalleled access to international travel and cultural exchange.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of a Scoot Cabin Crew member is to maintain passenger safety at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, adherence to safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the effective management of passenger needs. Further responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to a positive and enjoyable travel experience.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration with fellow crew members.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all aspects of cabin crew duties and procedures.
• Contributing to the unique and vibrant Scoot brand experience.
• Participation in inflight sales procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive monthly gross salary of approximately S$3,600* and unlimited staff travel perks for the employee, their family, and friends. International crew members will receive additional benefits designed to facilitate travel to and from their home countries. A S$2,000 completion bonus* is awarded upon successful completion of each contract, alongside a yearly variable bonus. Training:

Upon acceptance, successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive two-month training program covering:

• Safety and emergency procedures
• Door operation
• Firefighting techniques
• First aid
• Professional grooming standards
• Scoot brand values and service delivery (“Scootitude”)
• Passenger handling and communication
• Inflight sales procedures

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Minimum height requirements (Male: 1.65m; Female: 1.58m) due to safety and security regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to serve a compulsory service bond.
• Fluency in Thai and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
• Professional appearance required; candidates with visible tattoos are not eligible due to company grooming policies.
