Job Description:
Scoot Cabin Crew members play a vital role in creating a unique and memorable travel experience for passengers. Their responsibilities extend beyond providing exceptional service and fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere onboard; they are also entrusted with ensuring passenger safety at all altitudes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun and quirky Scoot experience for passengers.
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew members by adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to grooming standards.
- Effectively communicate with passengers and respond to their needs and concerns.
- Demonstrate proficiency in emergency procedures and first aid.

Training and Development:
Upon joining, all new Cabin Crew members will undergo a comprehensive 2-month training program covering:
- Safety emergency drills
- Door operation
- Fire fighting
- First aid
- Grooming
- Scootitude
- Passenger handling
- Inflight sales procedures
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Minimum height requirement (due to safety and security measures): Male: 1.65m & above; Female 1.58m & above.
- Tertiary Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Ability to read and understand Japanese and Chinese languages will be an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
- Ability to work on a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Commitment to serving a compulsory service bond.
- Professional appearance at all times (candidates with visible tattoos are not permitted due to grooming policy).
Recruitment Process:

- Notification: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified of their status.
Start Date:
Successful candidates must be able to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Center date.
