Job Description:
The First Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of flight operations and passenger satisfaction. He will focus on delivering a safe, comfortable and on-time performance.
First Officer Requirements:
- A minimum of 1500 hours of total fixed-wing flight time on aeroplanes with a Maximum Takeoff Mass (MTMA) of 5700kg or more is required.
License Requirements:
- Must possess a Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) issued ICAO CPL(A)/ ATPL(A). Foreign ATPL holders will be required to undergo license conversion, which necessitates a valid instrument rating and a proficiency check with a minimum of 6 months' validity.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English, both spoken and understood, with a minimum ICAO level 4.
- Must satisfy all vaccination requirements as mandated by CAAS.

Training Co-Payment & Training Bond:
- Successful candidates may be required to undergo Aircraft Type Rating training for the assigned fleet.
- Candidates provided with type rating training will be subject to a co-payment of the training cost and a training bond agreement.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a series of online aptitude tests.
- Following the online assessment, successful candidates will be invited to an Assessment Centre in Europe (city to be confirmed) in March/April 2025, consisting of a group stage and an individual interview.
- Successful candidates will then be required to attend a Simulator Assessment and MMPI Assessment over two days.
