Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant

Key Responsibilities
Customer Services:
- Effectively and efficiently manage passenger complaints, leveraging strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Consistently provide an outstanding level of customer service to all guests at all times, ensuring a positive and memorable travel experience.
- Maintain a high standard of professional public conduct and impeccable grooming, serving as an ambassador for the airline.
- Ensure the needs of passengers are met in a professional, enthusiastic, and caring manner, demonstrating special attention to and understanding of diverse cultures.
In-flight Security & Safety:
- Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures, first aid protocols, and in-flight service standards to ensure passenger well-being and operational readiness.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a minimum height of 160 cm.
- Be at least 20 years of age at the time of application.
- Hold a minimum of a High School Education or equivalent qualification.
- Be medically fit and capable of successfully passing the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) medical examination.
- Demonstrate excellent overall presentation and grooming standards.
- Possess the ability to swim a minimum of 50 meters unaided.
- Exhibit fluent proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
