Minimum Requirements
- Unrestricted EASA ATPL (A).
- Valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
- Instrument Rating.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or 6.
- Minimum height of 157cm.
- Unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union.
- Clean criminal record.
All listed requirements must be fully satisfied, and all licenses and medical certificates must be valid and current at the time of application.
Prospective employees will be required to undergo a background check, a personal security interview, and a drug and alcohol test as a condition of employment. These security procedures, including the interview and testing, must be completed in the candidate's designated base city.
Note: Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are acceptable but require conversion prior to the commencement of training.
Flight Time Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following flight hour criteria:
- A minimum of 4,000 total flight hours, including at least 250 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Pilot in Command Under Supervision (PICUS).
- A minimum of 3,500 total flight hours, including at least 500 hours as PIC on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 16 tonnes.
- A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 16 tonnes.
