About the Role:
As a Cabin Crew member, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional safety and customer service on board our aircraft. You will be entrusted with ensuring the well-being of our passengers, providing a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.
Your Journey:
Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training program. This intensive course will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in your role, including:
- Fundamental safety procedures
- Customer service excellence
- Emergency response protocols
- Aircraft systems and operations
Successful completion of the training culminates in Supernumerary flights, followed by the awarding of your Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements:
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
- Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided
- Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality
- Adaptable and willing to work a shift roster
- Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease
- Passion for traveling and meeting new people
