Key Responsibilities
- Focus diligently on both safety protocols and exemplary customer care throughout all operations.
- Execute on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with Company policies and aviation regulations.
- Efficiently manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Warmly welcome passengers with a professional demeanour and provide assistance during the flight.
- Act consistently in accordance with Wizz Air's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contribute to a vibrant team environment as part of a family of more than 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Possess a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum validity of 6 months.
- Be able to swim proficiently.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, with readiness to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Please note: Candidates with a glasses or contact lens prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Exclusive Recruitment Day - London Luton
Wizz Air is constantly recruiting new talent. Due to limited facility capacity, this is an invitation-only recruitment event. Invitations will be extended to a selected group of candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with Wizz Air’s organisational values.
