About the Role
The Cabin Crew position offers a dynamic and rewarding career within the aviation industry. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training program covering essential safety and customer service skills, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the achievement of Cabin Crew Wings. This role is fundamental to providing a top-class experience to over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights. The position requires flexibility to work early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5 am and returns as late as midnight.
Requirements

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height requirement of approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and to support another person in water.

Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early starts and late finishes.

Enjoy dealing with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.

Qualifications

Completion of a free, internationally recognised Cabin Crew Training Course.
