Requirements

  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing English with ease.
  • A customer-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering great service and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Adaptability to a demanding shift roster, including early morning and late-night duties.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
  • Bags of enthusiasm and a strong team spirit.
  • No prior experience in aviation is required; comprehensive training will be provided.

About the Role

This Cabin Crew position offers a unique opportunity to join Europe's leading airline group, operating from one of over 90 operational bases. While initial placement is in Wroclaw, flexibility for relocation to another Ryanair Group base may be required based on operational needs.

  • Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive, free, 6-week internationally recognised Cabin Crew training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the Flight Attendant role, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.
  • A daily per diem of €28 is provided throughout the training period.
