Cabin Crew Recruitment - Tirana, Albania

The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join their professional cabin crew team at the Tirana, Albania base. As part of Europe's largest airline group, successful candidates will contribute to a safe and premium travel experience for guests across an extensive network of over 250 destinations.

Position Overview

This role offers extensive career progression opportunities within the Ryanair Group. Candidates must be prepared for a demanding operational environment where safety is the primary priority. The role requires flexibility to work early and late shifts, with start times as early as 5:00 AM and end times as late as midnight.

Training and Development

Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive six-week training course, which provides all fundamental skills required for the role. The curriculum includes regular examinations, culminating in supernumerary flights and the official attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. The training program is provided free of charge, with a daily per diem of €28 provided during the course duration. Attendance is mandatory for the training cycle commencing August 4, 2026.

Key Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Height must be between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
Comfortable working in a shift-based environment.
Genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
