The Ryanair Group is currently seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our cabin crew family. Role Overview

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course to develop the fundamental skills required for daily operations. This rigorous program includes periodic examinations and concludes with supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. The role demands commitment, as cabin crew must operate a flexible shift roster, including early starts from 5:00 AM and late finishes up to midnight.

Requirements

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptability to shift work, including early mornings and late nights.
  • A strong commitment to customer service with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
