Role Overview

Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive 6-week training course covering essential safety and customer service protocols. The program includes academic study, periodic examinations, and supernumerary flights, culminating in the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The position requires a high level of dedication, including the ability to work flexible shift patterns ranging from early morning starts to late night finishes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature with a focus on safety.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Passion for travel and engagement with the public.
