With over 16,000 crew members and more than 3,600 daily flights, we are recruiting for positions at our Dublin base, with an upcoming in-person recruitment day scheduled for 5 June 2026. Role Overview
Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive 6-week training course to develop fundamental safety and customer service skills. This program includes regular assessments, supernumerary flights, and concludes with the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The position requires flexibility, as crew members must operate early and late shifts, with report times ranging from 5:00 AM to midnight.
Candidate Requirements

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Proven ability to speak and write in English with ease.

A hard-working, flexible, and outgoing personality.

Adaptability to a shift-based roster.
