Cabin Crew Recruitment – Tirana Base

Ryanair Group is expanding its operations in Albania and is seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join the team at the new Tirana base. As a member of the cabin crew, successful candidates will contribute to a network operating over 3,700 flights daily. This role prioritizes safety while maintaining industry-leading customer service standards.

Job Description

The role of Cabin Crew is a demanding, high-energy position that requires commitment to safety and operational excellence. Candidates must be prepared to work flexible shift patterns, including early mornings (starting from 5:00 AM) and late shifts (concluding around midnight). Applicants should possess a customer-oriented mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is necessary, as all selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive six-week training program.

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and/or the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in water.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to adapt to a variable shift roster.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • A passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.
