About the Role

The organization is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its numerous operational bases, with recruitment days scheduled for interested candidates. Following a review of applications, successful candidates will receive invitations to attend these in-person events.

As a critical member of a team that operates over 3,600 daily flights, transporting more than 600,000 guests, the successful applicant will contribute to delivering an exceptional flying experience. The role offers an exceptional pathway for career development, with opportunities to progress to leadership positions such as Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training program. This intensive course covers all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, focusing on delivering top-class safety and customer service. The training includes regular assessments and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew is both enjoyable and fulfilling, though it is a demanding position where safety is paramount. The role involves varied shift patterns, including early starts (as early as 5 am) and late finishes (until midnight), requiring adaptability and a willingness to embrace dynamic schedules.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Minimum height requirement of approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum of 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly advantageous.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work varied shift rosters are essential.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Comfortable with speaking and writing English fluently.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
