Cabin Crew Member - Ryanair Group

About the Role

The Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its extensive cabin crew team. With over 600,000 guests and 3,600 daily flights across more than 90 operational bases, this is an unparalleled opportunity to embark on a fulfilling aviation career. Ideal candidates possess a strong customer focus, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a desire for rapid career progression. No prior experience is necessary; only a strong work ethic, team spirit, and boundless enthusiasm are required.

Successful applicants will be invited to an in-person recruitment day, with an upcoming event scheduled for December 3, 2025. New cabin crew members will join the group for the Autumn/Winter season.

The role involves a comprehensive 6-week training program designed to equip individuals with essential safety and customer service skills. This intensive course includes regular assessments, culminating in supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.
