The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its numerous operational bases. Prospective candidates will have the opportunity to attend an In-Person Recruitment Day, with invitations issued following the review of submitted applications.

Opportunities are available for the Autumn/Winter season at over 90 operational bases. Training and Career Progression

The pathway to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive six-week training program. This intensive course equips individuals with essential skills for delivering paramount safety and customer service experiences. The curriculum includes regular assessments and examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Upon joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew, new members are integrated into the company's culture. The scope for career advancement is extensive, with pathways leading to roles such as Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and potentially Director of Inflight Services.

While the role of Cabin Crew is both enjoyable and rewarding, it is also a demanding position where safety is the paramount concern. Successful candidates must be prepared to work varied shifts, including early starts from 5:00 AM and late finishes until midnight, depending on the roster.

Essential Requirements

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and travel freely across the Ryanair Network.
  • Height requirement typically between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, flexibility, and an outgoing, friendly demeanor are advantageous.
  • Adaptability and willingness to adhere to shift work schedules.
  • Enjoyment of public interaction and the capacity to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for travel and engaging with new people.
