Employees benefit from significant advantages, including discounted staff travel to more than 250 destinations within the Ryanair network, a predictable 5-day on, 3-day off roster pattern, complimentary training, and competitive industry-leading remuneration.

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive six-week training program. This intensive course equips individuals with all the fundamental skills necessary for their daily role, focusing on delivering paramount safety and exceptional customer service experiences. The training includes regular assessments and culminates in supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Upon joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew team, new members are immediately integrated into the company's culture, which fosters extensive career development opportunities. Potential career paths include advancement to roles such as Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even Director of Inflight Services.
