Career Trajectory and Training
The journey to becoming a fully qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive, six-week professional training course. This course is designed to impart all fundamental skills required for the daily delivery of safety and customer service excellence. The structured training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the award of the Cabin Crew Wings qualification.

Operational Requirements
While the role of Cabin Crew Specialist is highly rewarding and dynamic, it is also demanding, with safety being the paramount priority. This includes operating both early and late shifts, potentially requiring reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM on early rosters and returning home close to midnight on afternoon rosters.
