Career Trajectory and Training

The journey to becoming a fully qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive, six-week professional training course. This course is designed to impart all fundamental skills required for the daily delivery of safety and customer service excellence. The structured training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the award of the Cabin Crew Wings qualification.

As a valued member of the Ryanair Group, career development opportunities are significant and encouraged. Potential advancement pathways include promotion to Cabin Crew Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.

Operational Requirements

While the role of Cabin Crew Specialist is highly rewarding and dynamic, it is also demanding, with safety being the paramount priority. Candidates must be adaptable and prepared to work a variable shift roster. This includes operating both early and late shifts, potentially requiring reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM on early rosters and returning home close to midnight on afternoon rosters. Flexibility and reliability are essential attributes for this critical position.
