Key Responsibilities and the Role

As a core member of the flight team, the Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of all guests throughout the flight. This role is highly demanding, requiring dedication to safety procedures and adherence to strict schedules. Successful applicants must be prepared to operate varied shifts, including early morning duties commencing as early as 5:00 AM, and late-night duties concluding near midnight on the afternoon roster.

The role demands adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service while adhering strictly to industry safety regulations.

Training and Professional Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This course is designed to equip candidates with all fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day operation of the role, focusing heavily on safety protocols and emergency procedures. The training is internationally recognized and involves regular examinations, culminating in supervised Supernumerary flights before the official awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
