Key Responsibilities and the Role

As a core member of the flight team, the Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of all guests throughout the flight. This role is highly demanding, requiring dedication to safety procedures and adherence to strict schedules. Successful applicants must be prepared to operate varied shifts, including early morning duties commencing as early as 5:00 AM, and late-night duties concluding near midnight on the afternoon roster.

The role demands adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service while adhering strictly to industry safety regulations.

Training and Professional Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This course is designed to equip candidates with all fundamental skills necessary for the day-to-day operation of the role, focusing heavily on safety protocols and emergency procedures. The training is internationally recognized and involves regular examinations, culminating in supervised Supernumerary flights before the official awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following mandatory criteria:

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and be able to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Group network.
Physical height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
Ability to swim 25 meters unassisted is mandatory.
Must demonstrate fluent proficiency (both speaking and writing) in English.
Demonstrates an outgoing, friendly personality, flexibility, and a strong 'can-do' attitude when providing customer service.
Possesses a passion for travel and interaction with diverse members of the public.
Must be adaptable and willing to fully commit to the demands of a shift roster, including early and late operational times.
