Position Summary and Overview

Successful candidates will join a vast network of over 16,000 colleagues, tasked with delivering best-in-class customer service to the airline's extensive network of over 600,000 daily guests across more than 3,700 flights.

Training and Recruitment

No prior experience in aviation is necessary, as all successful applicants will undergo a comprehensive, free, internationally recognised six-week Cabin Crew Training Course, which will be locally held. Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications promptly. Shortlisted candidates will receive an exclusive invitation to attend an In-Person Recruitment Day scheduled for 18 November 2025.

The Role and Responsibilities

While immensely fun and rewarding, the role of a Cabin Crew Member is demanding, requiring utmost dedication where passenger safety remains the number one priority. Cabin Crew Members must exhibit high flexibility and adaptability to operate a structured shift roster.

Duties will include both early and late shifts. Reporting duties can commence as early as 5:00 AM on the early roster, with late shifts potentially concluding around midnight on the afternoon roster. This role demands exceptional customer orientation, high enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive within a safety-focused, fast-paced environment.

Essential Candidate Requirements

Candidates must satisfy the following minimum criteria to be considered for this vital position:

  • Legal Eligibility: Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and/or possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Physical Standards: Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Safety Proficiency: The ability to swim 25 meters unaided while supporting another person is mandatory.
  • Language Skills: Must be comfortable speaking and writing proficiently in English, with the proven ability to successfully pass a mandatory English Language Assessment.
  • Personal Attributes: Must possess an outgoing, friendly personality, exhibit flexibility, and demonstrate exceptional personal organisation.
  • Customer Focus: Must enjoy dealing with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Adaptability: Must be comfortable and adaptable working a fixed shift roster.
  • Enthusiasm: A strong passion for traveling and meeting new people is highly advantageous.
