Professional Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant

Aviation Career Opportunity at Ryanair Group

Role Overview

The Ryanair Group, recognized as Europe’s largest airline and responsible for transporting over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights, is actively recruiting for highly enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its expansive Cabin Crew family of over 16,000 professionals. This role represents a prime opportunity for individuals seeking a fast-track career within the dynamic aviation industry.

The successful Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to all guests flying on board Ryanair Group aircraft. While previous aviation experience is not mandatory, candidates must demonstrate exceptional team spirit, robust enthusiasm, and a relentless commitment to safety—the Group's number one priority.

Training and Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a rigorous 6-week training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, including safety protocols and superior customer engagement techniques. The training necessitates regular study and examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the official award of Cabin Crew Wings.

As a key contributor to the Ryanair Group culture, the crew member benefits from continuous professional development. Career opportunities are extensive and include rapid progression to roles such as Cabin Crew Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and potentially Director of Inflight Services.

Operational Demands

Life as Cabin Crew is rewarding and adventurous, but it is fundamentally a demanding position requiring significant adaptability to shift rosters. The role necessitates working both early and late shifts. Crew members must be prepared to report for duty as early as 05:00 AM on the early roster and may not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. The Group seeks candidates who are adaptable and comfortable with these varied operating hours.

The Group operates from over 90 operational bases and is currently recruiting personnel for immediate placement across its network during the upcoming Autumn/Winter season.
