Core Responsibilities

The successful Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key duties include:

  • Focusing rigorously on both onboard safety protocols and high-quality customer care standards.
  • Performing all ground and in-flight duties in strict compliance with the Company’s established policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing in-flight sales operations, including inventory control and cash handling procedures.
  • Warmly welcoming passengers and providing necessary assistance and support throughout the flight duration.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company, embodying core organizational values.
  • Integrating seamlessly into a professional family comprising over 5,000 aviation experts.

Essential Candidate Requirements

Candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria for consideration:

  • Possession of a valid passport with a minimum remaining validity of six months, free of limitations.
  • Possession of the legal right to work in Poland without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted documents include:
    • EU Residence Card
    • EU Passport
    • Ukrainian Passport holder with PESEL number
    (Note: Other residence permits, such as Work or Student Visas, are not accepted.)
  • Must be aged 18 years or older.
  • Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Completion of high school education (or equivalent).
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to swim.
  • Candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base, maintaining readiness to travel this distance according to the work schedule.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings are permitted when wearing the official company uniform.
  • A naturally enthusiastic disposition and a genuine enjoyment for working collaboratively with diverse groups of people.

Medical Note: Applicants utilizing corrective eyewear (glasses or contact lenses) should be aware that prescriptions exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may lead to failure in the mandatory aviation medical examination.
