Position Overview: Cabin Crew

This role represents an exceptional, fast-track career opportunity within the dynamic aviation industry. While no prior experience is required, candidates must demonstrate superior customer orientation, a passion for service excellence, and genuine team spirit.

Recruitment is currently open for Cabin Crew positions across the Group's extensive network of 90+ operational bases, with successful candidates commencing service during the forthcoming Autumn/Winter season.

The Role and Professional Development

As a valued member of the Cabin Crew team, the professional’s primary responsibility is the delivery of top-class safety and customer service standards to all guests. This commitment to safety remains the paramount priority of the role.

The journey to becoming a qualified crew member commences with a comprehensive six-week, internationally recognized training course. This rigorous program involves essential fundamental skills training and regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the official attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. Furthermore, new recruits receive a daily per diem of €28 during the entire training period.

The Ryanair Group fosters a culture of internal progression. Career pathways are robust and numerous, offering candidates the opportunity to advance to Senior Cabin Crew (Number 1), Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or to aspire to roles such as Director of Inflight Services.

Operational Requirements

Life as Cabin Crew is dynamic and highly rewarding. However, it is fundamentally a demanding position requiring significant flexibility regarding scheduling. Crew members must be adaptable and prepared to operate both early and late shift patterns. Duty reports may commence as early as 05:00 for early roster operations, with late roster duties concluding near midnight. Applicants must possess a strong aptitude for working early morning hours.
