Core Responsibilities and Duties

The Cabin Crew professional is primarily responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for guests travelling on board the Ryanair Group fleet, which currently serves over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 scheduled flights.

Training and Professional Development

The journey to becoming a fully qualified cabin crew member commences with a comprehensive, six-week, internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course. This intensive program focuses on fundamental safety skills, emergency procedures, and advanced customer service techniques.

Training includes required academic study, regular examinations, and culminates in practical Supernumerary flights before the successful attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. The Group is deeply committed to internal advancement, offering structured career trajectories that lead to roles such as Cabin Crew Manager (Number 1), Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and potentially Director-level positions.
