Core Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Member

The Flight Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring a comfortable and safe journey for all passengers. Key responsibilities include:

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria, which will be verified during the recruitment process:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A minimum arm reach of 210 cm must be achieved while standing on tiptoes.
  • Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree) is required.
  • Demonstrated fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
  • The candidate must hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum validity of 6 months) and possess the unconditional right to work in the country corresponding to the selected base.
  • The ability to swim is a mandatory requirement.
  • Candidates must currently reside, or be prepared to relocate, within a 60-minute commuting radius of their chosen operational base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings are permitted on any parts of the body that remain uncovered when wearing the official airline uniform.
  • The candidate must be an enthusiastic individual who genuinely enjoys collaborating and interacting with diverse groups of people.
  • Note on Medical Examination: Individuals whose eye prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4 are strongly advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
