About the Role

Wizz Air is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew positions to join its award-winning team. This role offers a unique work environment involving travel and interaction with new people.

Recruitment Day Information

Candidates are advised to read the requirements carefully, as compliance will be checked during the recruitment event. Please arrive punctually, as the process may extend until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.

Participation in this recruitment event is open for any base within Wizz Air Malta. For other bases within the network, candidates should attend a local recruitment event.

Responsibilities

• Focus on safety and customer care.
• Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome and assist passengers during the flight.
• Act in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.
• Contribute to a team of aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school degree (Baccalaureate Degree).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Possession of a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the right to work in the country of application.
• Ability to swim.
• Residency or readiness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, with travel to work scheduled according to work requirements.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• An enthusiastic personality with a strong inclination for working with people.
• Note: Individuals with glasses or contact lenses where the prescription is above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
