Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to all passengers.
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
- Representing Ryanair with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Collaborating effectively with fellow crew members.
- Contributing to a positive and memorable travel experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated bags of enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- A strong customer service-oriented background (e.g., previous experience in hospitality, retail, or similar roles).
- Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the European Union.
- Height requirement: Between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Proven work ethic, flexibility, and an outgoing, friendly personality are advantageous.
- Adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster.
- Enjoyment in interacting with the public and a 'can-do' attitude for delivering excellent customer service.
- Comfort and proficiency in speaking and writing English.
- A passion for travel and meeting new people.
