Applicants must bring an updated curriculum vitae (CV) written in English, along with a recent identification photo. Candidates applying for a Wizz Air Malta base are welcome to join this event; however, applicants interested in other network bases are advised to attend a recruitment event located in the corresponding country.
Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Member
Working as a Flight Attendant, the successful candidate will perform essential duties that ensure passenger comfort and safety in compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Maintaining paramount focus on both aviation safety protocols and exceptional customer care standards.
- Executing all mandatory duties, both on board the aircraft and on the ground, in strict adherence to Company policies.
- Handling in-flight sales operations, including accurate cash management and reconciliation.
- Greeting all passengers professionally and providing assistance throughout the flight duration.
- Acting as a true representative of the company’s core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Actively contributing to a large family of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Essential Candidate Requirements
Candidates must satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for the Cabin Crew position:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a high school diploma (Baccalaureate Degree) is required.
- Fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language is mandatory.
- Must hold a valid passport without limitations (with a minimum validity of 6 months) and possess the legal right to work in the country of application.
- Must possess the ability to swim confidently.
- Must reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute radius of the chosen base, and be prepared to make this journey in line with the operational work schedule.
- Visible tattoos and/or piercings are strictly prohibited while wearing the official uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic individual who excels in working collaboratively with people.
