Role and Core Responsibilities
A Wizz Air Flight Attendant is primarily responsible for prioritizing safety while delivering outstanding customer service. Key duties and expectations include:
- Focusing equally on both passenger safety and customer care aspects of the flight.
- Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with the Company’s policies and aviation regulations.
- Managing in-flight sales operations and accurate cash handling.
- Providing a warm welcome and continuous assistance to all passengers during their journey.
- Acting in accordance with the Company’s core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Essential Applicant Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following mandatory criteria. Compliance with these requirements will be strictly checked during the recruitment event:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Achieves an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a High School Degree (Baccalaureate Degree is required).
- Demonstrated fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
- Holds a valid, unrestricted passport (minimum validity of six months) and possesses the legal right to work in the country of application.
- Must be proficient in swimming.
- Willingness to reside or relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base and prepared to make this journey reliably upon work schedule.
- Must not have visible tattoos or piercings on any parts of the body when wearing the official uniform.
- Must possess an enthusiastic personality and thrive in environments working with people.
Medical Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
