Essential Candidate Requirements (Pre-Requisites)
To qualify for this exciting Cabin Crew opportunity, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union (EU) and be able to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory for safety requirements.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- A resilient and flexible approach to working demanding shift rosters.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Possession of an outgoing, friendly personality and strong team collaboration skills.
- A genuine passion for travel and meeting diverse groups of people.
