Cabin Crew Member / Flight Attendant

The Ryanair Group: Europe's Largest Airline

The Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline carrying over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights, is actively recruiting enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join its expansive Cabin Crew family of over 16,000 personnel. Successful candidates will be based at one of the Group's 90+ operational locations.

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to launch a fast-track aviation career. Prior experience is not mandatory; applicants are required to possess significant enthusiasm, an outgoing personality, and a strong team spirit.

Role Profile and Responsibilities

Cabin Crew Members are pivotal in ensuring the paramount safety and security of all guests and aircraft operations. The successful candidate will provide top-tier customer service, enhancing the guest experience while flying on board Ryanair Group aircraft.

The role is rewarding but demanding, requiring exceptional adaptability and flexibility. Crew members must be prepared to operate early and late shifts, necessitating early reporting times (as early as 05:00) and late returns (approaching midnight). Due to the operational necessity for early morning reporting, applicants who are not comfortable with early starts should carefully consider this requirement before applying.

Training and Career Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member begins with a comprehensive 6-week, internationally recognised training course. This robust program ensures trainees acquire all fundamental skills necessary for the daily execution of safety protocols and high-class customer service. The course includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary Flights before the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

The Ryanair Group is dedicated to internal progression. Career opportunities are substantial and fast-tracked, including rapid advancement to positions such as Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.
